Refund policy

Physical Products:

We will gladly refund your UNOPENED item(s) less the cost of shipping, within 30 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We do not offer exchanges for physical products. If you'd like to replace your purchased item(s) with another, please place a new order for the desired item, and initiate a return for your unwanted item. This will ensure the availability of the item, and that it is sent out to you as quickly as possible.

Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please email hello@alignedapothecary.com. In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds:

All refunds are processed via the original method of payment only.
